The Compound Games 2026 are coming to Compound Strength & Performance on Saturday, March 28th at 11:00am, and it’s time to step into the arena.

You and a partner will compete in 5 different events against other teams for a grand prize, testing your strength, conditioning, teamwork, and grit. What are the events? You’ll find out when you show up! 👀

Registration is $47 per person, and your entry includes an exclusive Compound Games 2026 t-shirt + eligibility for prizes.

After the final event, we’ll celebrate with an awards ceremony, a potluck, and games. So grab your teammate and get ready for a competition you won’t want to miss!
