  • Semi-private training gives you the personalization of one-on-one coaching with the energy and accountability of a small group.

    Each 60-minute session is led by one of our coaches and shared with up to 3 other clients. You’ll follow a program designed specifically for your goals, body, and experience level. 

    This format allows us to give you hands-on guidance and real-time feedback while keeping the atmosphere supportive and motivating. You’ll lift alongside others working toward their own goals, which helps you push harder, stay consistent, and actually enjoy the process.

    In short: it’s personal training but smarter, more flexible, and more affordable.

  • Our pricing depends on how often you train and what level of support you’re looking for, but here’s a general idea:

    • Semi-Private Training ranges between $400 - $700 per month, depending on the frequency of your sessions. We offer semi private training on a once, twice or three times per week frequency. 

    • Want to focus on your nutrition as well as training? You can upgrade your semi private training membership to include nutrition coaching for an additional $100 per month. 

    • If you want help with training and nutrition but can’t make it into the gym with us, then online training is your best bet. We charge $347 per month for 3x per week of online programming + nutrition coaching.

    We’ll walk you through all the options during your consultation so we can choose what fits your goals, schedule, and budget the best.

  • All semi private training clients have unlimited access to Small Group Strength classes and CMPND conditioning sessions in addition to their semi private training sessions.

  • Every Compound client has unlimited access to our Small Group Strength classes.

    Each class is coach-led and capped at 8 people so no one gets lost in the crowd. Everyone follows the same workout, scaled appropriately for individual ability, so you can train at your own level while sharing the motivation of the group.

    It’s a great way to stay accountable, challenge yourself, and build consistency with a team that pushes you to show up and do your best.

  • All semi private training clients have unlimited access to CMPND30 sessions. These are 20-30 minute self-guided conditioning workouts that you will do in the gym. You will sign up for a time slot on Vagaro, and use your TrainHeroic app to access the workout. Although CMPND30 is self guided, a coach still must be present for your session.

  • Unfortunately, this is not an open gym where you can come workout on your own. All of your sessions will be led by a certified coach.

  • We do not have showers or changing rooms on the premises. We do have 2 bathrooms that you are welcome to use to change and get cleaned up after your sessions. 

  • Yes, our facility has a large parking lot that is available to all clients and guests.

  • We are in the gym with clients Monday through Saturday each week. Our current training hours are as follows:

    Mondays: 6am-1pm and 5:30-6:30pm

    Tuesdays 6-10am and 4-7pm

    Wednesdays: 6am-1pm and 5:30-6:30pm

    Thursdays: 6-10am and 4-7pm

    Fridays: 6-11am

    Saturdays: 8am-12pm

  • If you are interested in trying out a Small Group Strength class, your first class is free! After that, you can drop in for $50.

  • We train ages 16 and up, with a parent signature required for anyone under 18.

  • Yes, as a client you are allowed to bring a guest to any small group strength classes. Their first class is free, and any class after is $50.

  • Yes, we offer membership freezes for anywhere between 14-28 days at a time. If you need to take a pause for medical reasons, we can extend your freeze for as long as needed with a doctor's note. To freeze your membership, please request a freeze form from your coach.

  • Membership cancellations require one month’s written notice. If you need to cancel, please request a cancellation form from your coach. Once we receive your completed and signed form, you will have one final bill on your scheduled bill date, and one more month to use your membership.
