Meet your coaches

Tyler Ackerman

Every day, you get to choose to stay where you are or take the next step toward who you want to be. Real change happens when you’re willing to do something different, something that challenges you to grow.

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, with baseball being my first love. My coaching career started at 25 in group fitness, leading classes of 30–40 people. Over time I realized I wanted to make a deeper impact, helping people one-on-one, not just through a workout but through the mindset and habits that drive long-term results. That led me to earn my NASM Personal Training Certification and PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach Certification. I’m committed to continuing my education and giving my clients the most current, evidence-based guidance possible.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me on the golf course, cheering on the Mariners, or out on a run with Alaina and our dog, Felix. I love getting lost in a good book or audiobook (Red Rising is the current one) and Interstellar is still my all-time favorite movie. For the record, I take my coffee black with a splash of oat milk.

My coaching philosophy is simple: help people simplify their health and fitness so they can actually enjoy the process and sustain it long-term. I focus on building strength, creating structure, and cutting through the noise so my clients can actually make meaningful progress.

Alaina Anthon

If my career in fitness has taught me anything, it’s that there is no better feeling in the world than being strong and having really good cardio.

The ability to move freely and without pain is such a gift—and one we often take for granted, until we lose it. That’s why I believe true fitness is about enhancing your ability to move, unlocking new movement opportunities, and making progress without pain. Fitness shouldn’t be about short-term solutions, but about achieving results that last a lifetime.

My career in fitness started at age 22, when I began teaching yoga and group fitness, inspired by watching people grow stronger and more competent with each class. Over time, I realized I wanted to make a bigger impact, by helping clients not just in the gym, but in transforming their lives. This led me into personal training and nutrition coaching.

Today, I specialize in helping people build the body, mindset, and lifestyle they’ve always wanted, but haven’t quite figured out how to achieve on their own. I believe fitness and nutrition should make your life better, not harder—which is why my approach focuses on education, empowerment, and sustainability.

Outside the gym, I like to stay active through running, walking, and doing yoga and pilates. When I’m not moving, I enjoy baking sweet treats, reading a good book, or hanging out with my partner Tyler and our dog child Felix.
