So what exactly is 8 Strong?

Good question! 8 Strong is a physical transformation challenge that will test, develop, and retest your strength and fitness over an 8 week period.

The challenge will start with your first attempt at The Workout.

Over the following 8 weeks, your only goal is to get better, stronger, and fitter.

The challenge will end with your second attempt at The Workout. The competition will be you-against-you, and your objective is to beat your previous attempt.

8 strong is a points based challenge, and the winner will be decided based on who has accumulated the most points over the challenge period. You will receive points by showing up to the gym, participating in weekly challenges and events, referring your friends, and by improving your time for The Workout.
